About the Artist

A self taught artist Lorna was born in Dunedin in the South Island of New Zealand, and has been passionate about her art from an early age. Bringing up a family of three and working full time Lorna’s art took a back seat; however she is now able to devote herself to her art and paints full time.
 
Her main goal is to share that ‘Wow!’ factor and emotional response she feels when she comes across a scene she is inspired to paint.

Lorna is a member of the Waitakere Community Centre Arts Council and exhibits in several galleries throughout New Zealand.
